   – Certain items, such as fragrances, swimwear, and personalized/customized items, are non-returnable. Please check the product description to determine if your item is eligible for return.

   – To initiate a return, please login to your account on ELEVENISH.com, go to “Orders” and click “request for refund” for the product you would like to return from your order details page.

   – Our customer support team will approve your request (if eligible) and will schedule for collection of the item through the courier from your registered address. 

3. Refund Process:

   – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

   – If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping fees.

4. Exchanges:
